Hiromi "Mei" Cooley is the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as UC Hastings). Mei has over 10 years of experience in international student and scholar advising, international student admissions, and new student orientation programming. She has been a member of the NAFSA Trainer Corps since 2017. Mei received her B.A. in Anthropology and Educational Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. She has lived in East Asia and South East Asia before coming to the United States, and she has also spent time volunteering in Central America.
