Building Belonging and International Student Success: A Unique Bridge Program

This poster discusses a unique credit-bearing course and bridge program created for incoming international and multilingual students at Franklin & Marshall College called F&M Global LAB. Global LAB is not an IEP. It is designed to build a sense of belonging and equips students with knowledge and skills to thrive in their new environment.
