Artificial Intelligence in International Student and Scholar Services and International Enrollment Management: Simplifying Language and Enhancing Inclusivity

In an era of email fatigue and information overload, strive to reduce language barriers and make written communication to international students more efficient, effective, and inclusive while also being simpler and shorter. This session, presented by admissions and international student and scholar service staff members, includes practical tips for using artificial intelligence (AI) to achieve desired enrollment and student services outcomes. Presenters share real-life communication, and attendees strengthen their editing skills using AI during collaborative practice.

  • Use AI-simplified language to increase access and enrollment completion, facilitate smooth arrival and campus adjustment, and improve student support and retention.
