Assistant Director of Life Design

Stacey is Assistant Director of Life Design for Students with International Perspectives at Johns Hopkins University. In this capacity, she supports international students and study abroad returnees in their career and life design through dynamic programming, coursework, and advising. She is interested in empathy-driven and integrative approaches to encourating students - especially international, first-generation, and underrepresented populations - to feel curious, empowered, and well-informed as they plan for a fulfilling life beyond college. She holds a PhD in Spanish literature and previously taught Spanish literature and language as well as global culture at Loyola University Maryland, University of Lynchburg, and Penn State University.
