Melanie has worked in the field of International Education for almost 20 years. Her current role is in Custom Programs at WorldStrides. Previously, she worked for the George Washington University as an Advisor and Program Manager for the GW Latin America and Spain programs, as a Senior Program Manager for Faculty-Led programs abroad at Stanford University, and most recently as an Assistant Director for Education Abroad at Norwich University. She has a MA in International Education from the School for International Training (SIT) Graduate Institute and has worked for SIT Study Abroad as a Program Development Assistant. She has a passion for blending experiential education with academic learning to create life-changing experiences for both students and faculty. Melanie has studied, lived, and worked abroad in Europe, Australia, Central & South America.
