Melissa Zuroff is the Director of Engagement at NYU’s Office of Global Services, where she spearheads initiatives that integrate data-driven strategies with international student engagement. With extensive experience in leading teams of international student advisers and managing communications within the International Student Hub, Melissa is passionate about leveraging data and visualization to enhance global education leadership. A frequent presenter at NAFSA, she brings knowledge on leadership, community building, and the intersection of technology and international education. Melissa holds an interdisciplinary MA in International Studies with a focus on South Asian Studies and Higher Education, complemented by a BA in Anthropology.
