Sarah Olson is the Director of Global Partnerships at the University of California, Davis. With over a decade of experience in higher education, she has held key roles at North Carolina State University and Colorado State University, where she developed and managed international partnerships. She also implemented partnership databases at each university where she has held a partneships role. Sarah is skilled in diplomacy, strategic planning, and intercultural communication. Sarah is one of the founding members of the Community of Practice for International Partneships Professionals in Higher Education which provides community and professional development. Powered by the Institute of International Education, this community aims to support the growth of the partnerships profession. She has a Master of Arts in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Gonzaga University. Sarah is dedicated to fostering global collaborations and enhancing international education initiatives.
