Ravi is the Founder and CEO of Authentica, an experiential learning company that has designed and delivered 160+ short-term study abroad programs for 4500+ participants from institutions in North America and Australia. Authentica's programs advance UN SDGs and unlock the transformative potential of these programs by enabling student growth on the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual dimensions. Ravi and his team work closely with institutional partners to design authentic, immersive and enriching short-term global mobility programs, while assessing and managing risk across diverse locations, program formats and participant profiles. As a result, Authentica’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 94 on a scale of -100 to +100 (70+ is considered world class.) Ravi has shared his expertise and experience as a panelist and a workshop facilitator in multiple conferences such as The Forum on Education Abroad, NAFSA, GIC and APAIE. He has also helped co-author The Forum’s guidelines for “Advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals through Education Abroad”. Ravi holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business. He has strategy consulting experience with Eastside Primetimers (a social enterprise consulting firm in the UK) and Oliver Wyman (a management consulting firm in the US.) He lives in Pune, India and enjoys travel, tennis and Thai food.
